Qualifications:

  • Willing to travel for in-person appointment opportunities throughout the greater Fort Collins area
  • A professional virtual presence and background to run virtual consultations
    • This is a must. Don't sleep on checking how your virtual presence will show in a meeting (starting with interviews). It can make or break impressions aka deals!
  • A sincere interest/motivation for joining the solar industry
    • We are a quality over quantity sales org with limited roster spots available
  • Punctual
    • If you're early, you're on time. If you're on time, you're late.
  • Organized with high attention to detail
    • If we can't do the little things, how can we be trusted to do the big things?
  • Confident communicator; exhibit excellent listening and discovery skills

Primary Responsibilities:

  • In this position, you will run virtual appointments via a home office & in-person appointments at the customer's home
  • Run multiple appointments in a day, commuting within Skyline's Northern Colorado region
  • Educate homeowners on the benefits of solar energy
  • Earn and cultivate referrals from the book of business we'll help you build
  • Be a positive influencer in team meetings
  • Open to occasional company-paid travel?
    • Increase earning opportunities by travelling outside of your local market for additional sales opportunities.
      • Other sales markets include Colorado, Wyoming, and Wisconsin
